WSJY Voice Competition:
RIVERSTONE, FORT ATKINSON – “This is the Voice!” These few words are ones that excite and promote enjoyment into countless individuals lives across the world. These individuals take pride in their skills and dream of being a finalist. The idea of performing in front of a large audience and having their chance at being recognized for their vocal abilities is a chance not many can have.
Those chances can seem hard to come by; however, maybe not for ones in the Southern Wisconsin area! WSJY has brought back their Voice competition allowing individuals to face-off, karaoke style. Individuals can sing their way to a $1,000 cash prize and be recognized by audience members in addition to having their clip posted on WSJY website. This year’s Voice Competition was hosted throughout Southern Wisconsin, including your very own RiverStone!
We at, RiverStone, are proud to have been a part of this music competition as one of the hosting facilities. We had a fantastic turnout, and if you were able to make it, we thank you for your attendance. If you were unable to attend the Voice, we ask that you keep an eye out for other exciting events we will be offering in the future.
The Voice was a fun, competitive opportunity for individuals to show the audience their talents through song. Audience members were able to vote online for their favorite performer; in addition, members were also able to vote for their ideal flatbread sample. The RiverStone staff have been working diligently on preparing the new menu for our upcoming restaurant! Attendees were able to determine the best type of flatbread that may or may not be seen again. RiverStone offered three options of flatbread created and mastered by our culinary team, preparing the new menu we hope is successful in our new restaurant. The flatbread options consisted of the following choices:
1). Pulled chicken, crispy prosciutto, boursin, diced tomato;
2). Tomato, mozzarella, basil pesto, balsamic glaze, parmesan; and
3). Fontina, salami, Fresno, red onion, arugula.

The overall winner between attending guests was option number two (2) with option one (1) following closely behind. Keep an eye out for the grand opening of our upcoming restaurant! We at RiverStone, want to create a warm and friendly place that offers excellent food, service, and entertainment.
